We accept exchange and return requests according to the following conditions:
- The application must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the application.
- The product must be in its original condition and unused, with the original packaging and tags attached (if any).
- The following products cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Consumable products such as incense or pesticides after opening the package.
- Electronic products such as mobile phones if they have been opened or used.
- Discounted products or special offers (unless they have a manufacturing defect).
2. How to submit a replacement or refund request

- Provide us with: information
- And the order number.
- Clear photos of the product (in case of defect or damage).
- Reason for requesting replacement or refund.
3. Replacement and return costs
- If the reason is a store error (wrong product, manufacturing defect):
- We will bear all shipping costs.
- If the reason is a change in the customer's opinion :
- The customer bears the shipping and return costs.
4. Refund
- Once the product is received and inspected, your refund request will be processed.
- The amount will be refunded using the same original payment method within 5-7 business days .
