• The application must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the application.
• The product must be in its original condition and unused, with the original packaging and tags attached (if any).
• The following products cannot be exchanged or returned:

• Electronic products such as mobile phones if they have been opened or used.
• Discounted products or special offers (unless they have a manufacturing defect).

2. How to submit a replacement or refund request

• Provide us with: information

• Clear photos of the product (in case of defect or damage).
• Reason for requesting replacement or refund.

3. Replacement and return costs

• If the reason is a store error (wrong product, manufacturing defect):
• We will bear all shipping costs.
• If the reason is a change in the customer's opinion :
• The customer bears the shipping and return costs.

4. Refund

• Once the product is received and inspected, your refund request will be processed.
• The amount will be refunded using the same original payment method within 5-7 business days .
