1. Shipping areas

• We ship to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .
• We can also ship to other countries upon request (please contact us to confirm availability and additional costs).

2. Shipping time

• Shipping within Saudi Arabia:
• Major cities: within 2-5 working days .
• Remote areas: Shipping may take 5-7 business days .

Note: Working days are counted from Sunday to Thursday, and do not include official holidays and Eid holidays.

3. Shipping fees

• Local shipping within Saudi Arabia:
• Shipping starts from 14 riyals via Redbox, pick up from the boxes
• SMSA-Aramex Home Delivery

4. Processing orders

• Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt (excluding holidays and public holidays).
• In the event of any delay due to stock or any circumstances beyond our control, the customer will be notified immediately.

5. Track shipments

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or text message, allowing you to easily track the status of your shipment.

6. Delay or Loss Policy

• We do our best to deliver orders on time. However, delays may occur for reasons beyond our control, such as weather conditions or transportation issues.
